Contacts
Positive: Corporate Security (a number of high level members of local corporate security forces who routinely hire him to test their security measures)

Neutral: Mr. Johnson (shadowy contact who funnels less than legal jobs to McGenty: Pays well, but expects an answer when he calls)

Negative: Colonel Ramsey (Director of Automated Security Assets for SAS Corporation whose error led to MC-6’s escape. May or may not be aware of the bioroid’s new identity. Either way apprehending or killing McGenty in any public manner would bring his carefully concealed mistake to light.)

Bio:

Description: Apart from his dress style, McGenty is almost strikingly average. He stands just shy of 6 feet, with a build only slightly on the athletic side. He has hazel eyes and brown hair, and is always clean shaven and neatly groomed. The only thing preventing him from disappearing entirely into the background is the finely tailored suit he constantly wears, generally black or dark gray.

Background: MC-6 was developed at SAS Corporation’s R&D as an asset for the same company’s security forces. However, the officers supervising him while en route to his marking and assignment were erroneously ordered elsewhere. That moment of opportunity combined with a software suite specifically designed to penetrate security was all MC-6, whose programming had developed the spark of self-interest, needed to disappear into the night. Unfortunately, the bioroid found his freedom came at a steep price. Surviving without making use of his design parameters proved all but impossible, which in turn rendered his desire to simply disappear into anonymity unattainable. He took a day job as a programmer, but found it a horrible drudgery. After a few months, he branched out and began a career testing security measures for corporate security teams. Unfortunately, he did too well too quickly, and established a reputation as one of the best in the business almost overnight. As his business expanded and his notoriety grew, McGenty found himself in the presence of increasingly high ranking Security Operators. Fearing an eventual meeting with someone who would recognize him as a “missing asset”, he needed a way to pare back his Corporate contracts without arousing suspicion. His solution was to take illicit and necessarily secret “side jobs”, which provided the funds to appear so wildly successful and busy with legitimate contracts that he can easily turn down most of the jobs that come to him.

Now, McGenty lives on a razor’s edge of anonymity and notoriety, a lifestyle he’s come to almost enjoy.
